HTML page as a news form

Hi,

I have a new goal. I would like to have a html page like that:

On this html page it should be possible to add news which will automatically posted (after "unlocking", see below) in a specific forum (the forum for news).

The fields which should be on this page and filled by the users should be: Title (so after submitting it's the title of the created topic), image (which appears above and central in the topic), content (this field should be bigger, so that the news could be written in this field) and at least source (the source of the news, the URL should be converted so that instead of the url the name of the url appears in topic).

After submitting this form choosen users should get a message to "unlock" this form. So after unlocking the topic will be created.

Some days ago I saw that @Ange Tuteur helped a user who want something similar. Maybe he or another could help me?
I would be very grateful!

Have you tried making the forum in question a blog and activating the portal? This should then accomplish this automatically.

Then what exactly are you looking for? May you give us a screenshot of an example of what your looking for? Maybe a link to a topic you saw something similar in?
