small banner

im having problems making a small banner, i dont seem to have the right stuff to make it not get all fuzzy.. so im asking for help, i want this banner to have the picture below, and say Deans Micro Plugs in a decent size to the right of the picture, and it flash with Order Today.. i want the 2 things to flash opposite, but not fast, like a 2-3 second delay.. i dont want the heigth to big something around 85-90 pix and width whatever u think makes it look best, also i want the font in red, and if possible make the background all black..

id like to add one more thing, hopefully no ones started on this yet for me.. before all the deans micro plugs, order today, id like it to say "Tired of your stock plugs?"
