Poll voting

Hi Everyone. I need some help on this subject please.

I have the results of polls hidden from members until after they have voted in order of avoiding vote rigging.

However, I notice it is possible to see the poll results, by viewing the poll but without logging in.

I'm talking here before the poll closes. ie a current poll.

Is there a way to prevent this please?

Where in the acp (admin panel) did you set it so members can do it until they post?


This sounds like a permissions problem, try checking the permissions of the forum the polls are located in. See if guests can view/vote in polls.

It was some time ago now and I now don't recall. Had a good look around in there but can't find anything relating to permissions related to polls.

AP > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
You will need to check the permissions for the forums that have polls. Make sure that you are in the advanced permissions mode.
