The forum where I am one of the admin is being put up for deletion. I am not sure of the specifics, but the founder of the forum had been inactive for three years and I just received a message in my email saying

"The administrator : Admin (Ip Address: ***.***.***.***) has chosen to delete the forum angryfox.forumms.net.
If founder validates the deletion, the forum won't be available anymore.
The founder of the forum can restore it by going to this address :

most of the enlisted admins are inactive as well, but I want to keep the forum. The founder (Admin) is not responding to PMs. Please help!

The founder can do whatever he/she wants with the forum.  Forumotion can not stop a founder from deleting the forum.
