Abuse Report I don't understand what to do

It looks like a member that is not involved has reported my forum Write and Send Newsletters as Spam. Problem is the person did not leave a name for me to remove them from the mailing list. The link address associated with this is as follow.

What exactly do you mean by a report? Do mean a report to you ACP (Admin panel) from the report an abuse link, or one to the litigation team? If they didnt leave a name or email address, I don't know how they could expect for their name and email to be removed from the mailing list, there is not much you can to find out who it is.

Ya I think you are right here is what I received in my email.



I just want to make sure that I did not do anything wrong and if so I want to make sure I fix it. But I think I am ok and will just need to figure out a different way to find out who this came from.

That email is from your forum to inform you that a report has been sent. It should appear here:

AP > Misc. > Reports

Ya I saw that but it goes nowhere for me and the "?" That shows there message just says kindly "I don't what to recieve newsletters anymore." Looks like it is one person just going to let it go thanks for your help.

I had a similar situation.  The only way I figure it out was the person replied to one of the emails.

Maybe you should send a newsletter asking the whoever is receiving unwanted emails to reply to the newsletter.
