Guests locked with admin status and permissions

My permissions manager shows this:

I don't seem to be able to change it anywhere and I wanted to check with you guys if I have been hacked.

Hi there,

It seems the "Guest" group are the Administrators group of your forum. Because this icon represent the default Administrators Group of your forum.

That doesn't sound good. I certainly didn't set this myself.
Do you know how can I change it?

First of all, thanks for providing the url of your forum for every problem you report. Then, as Ragnor said your "Guest" group seems to be the "Admin" group.

Could you please explain in details your problem and give us the necessary information to help you ?

Here are some tips:

 Check if there are users you don't want to be in that group,

Go to your Administration Panel - Groups - Group Administration - Find the group with this icon - then click this to modify the group - Group Members remove the users you don't like to be in that group.

 All users who belong to the default group of Administrators have the access to your forum's Administration Panel.

 You can re-name that group as Administrators by clicking the button to modify the group name.

My problem is just that my panel displays guests as admins. No other issues yet, but it looked like a hacker attack to me so I wanted to check with you guys to make sure.

To ragnor:
No groups seemed to appear in my group administration. Then I clicked on them from the forum and they appeared. Nobody is a "guest" but me, the admin.

I'm cool with just renaming the group and using it, but does somebody here know if that will leave the forum thinking guests can be admins, leaving a security risk?

Also, I forgot to mention that my forum is there since 2009. Could all this have anything to do with it?

The renaming of the group to guests just means all admins will appear as guests. As for it creating a security concern, it doesn't really matter if people think guests can be admins or not, all that matters is that only users in that group are admins of the forum. I would just recommend adding any user to that group unless you can 100% trust them. I would, however, suggest re naming it back to Administrators anyway though, this is completely up to you though.

I was worried about security because I was afraid unregistered users are hardcoded as guests. Since that isn't an issue I'll just rename the group.
