    Where is the moderator panel of consumers who have the rank moderator? So far I have not had to look for him, but now I need and I do not see where it is.

    Actually there is a moderator panel, if you view a section, you will see 'You CAN moderate topics in this section' if you click the 'Moderate' word/link you will be taken to the moderator control panel. This is rarely used if one has quick mod icons, but the mod control panel is really useful for moderating stuff in bulk, lile for spam bots and stuff.
