"type" of experience needed to assist with forum

Thank you for the support forum.
I feel I ask dumb questions, so want to seek out a member of my forum to assist me.
What type of experience should I ask for, i.e. someone who is familiar with "html code"?
Obviously I'm not technical and want to ask for someone with the xxx technical experience.

I want to ask someone in my forum to step up and help, i.e. I am doing the clerical work, someone else needs to volunteer to do the tech work. So what kind of tech experience do they need/should I be asking for so I can find the right member to volunteer to maintain this forum/ make adjustment to meet our needs.

For technical work on the forum you'd need a front-end developer. A front-end developer typically works with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
