how to pay with Paypal payment method

i wonder where i can buy credit with Paypal method? cause i just see Skrill is available.
aslo about create a donation button that is hooked to my account ? can you give me the way to do it , and how ?how i can create a category with Forum and to make it for special members? and how ?
