Current time incorrect

When the problem appeared : Its been an issue for a while, not sure exactly, only just taken over as Admin

Description of problem

The "System Timezone" and "Date Format" settings have no effect on the forum from the Administrators Panel.
I am clicking save and receive a message stating the changes have been made, I have also tried resyncing the forum but still does not solve the issue.

The time is about 13 hours out and my users are complaining about the error

Please can you advise on what else I can do or try?

Hello,

Have you and your users changed the date and time zone and stuff like that in your PROFILES? If not, I would recommend trying that, that should resolve the issue .
