Detail description : To make this image blink/flash on and off if possible I hope you can understand what I am asking but if not let me know and I will try to make it clearer for you.

Here's what I came up with. If you need any changes, just let me know...

However since you have a dark forum and this being an animated gif that has rounded edges, It will have white pixelated corners.

I made this one with black in the corners to get rid of the pixealtion but I don't know if you'd like that any better..

The second one is the same as the first one but square..
If you read my post, you'll see that I made it square to get rid of the white pixels in the corners.
You can't have rounded corners without the white because of the anti aliasing. You can't have transparency. Any transparent part will be white. That's just the nature of the beast with animated gifs. I'll make it so they aren't anti-aliased in the corners but the corners wont be smooth (anti aliased) and the pixels will look blocky. I don't know if you'll like that look either. But here is how it came out, you can try and see if you like it... If you don't, the only other option is to make them square.

I could make them square and put the color grey that is your background in the corners and you wouldn't see the white but since you have the black at the top of the first category, that wouldn't work either unless you wouldn't mind seeing the grey corners in that black. Plus the ones at the bottom in the footer would show the grey corners in the black background.
