2 Members can not get in or post

Description of problem

We have a member named NatCat that can not post on the group. I have checked the settings and so far it looks just like all the other members.

Than Lilley 79 Can not even sign in. When we click in the members list it says shes a member but she can't sign in.

Thanks for any help...

What error is the members getting please ask them to screen shot the page then send you them so we can see what they see when trying to log in and post.

Sorry for delay on this.. Lilley finally got in I don't know what she did. I am still waiting on NatCat and will get back to you as soon as I get info...

@CharRose15, try putting NanCat in a group that can post.¥Like the Administrators group)

Now if the topic starter want to gove this user access to the admin panel @Akati , afterall you shouldn't just add ANYBODY to the admins group, you need to 100% trust them.


This is not nessecarily a practical solution to this problem. Once the topic starter hears back from the user and we know what the problem is we will then be able to offer solutions to it. Most likely its a permissions problem.
