How to add pretty background to my post?

I have a Phbb3 site and I am the adminstrator.

I would like to add a pretty background when I post. I have seen other groups do it so I know its doable. I did pull up the table but was confused on how to add links or what not to make a pretty background in my post to post on.

So far nothing here has worked. Thank you all who have helped so far.

I want to be able to post backgrounds in our post like in this one that
I am posting now. I want users to be able to do this as well as me. So I can't
use one that changes by user due to the fact we like to use different ones.

I am trying to find a HTML code to use IF anyone comes up with anything else
please let me know. If I find what I want I will also post that info here.
