Description of problem

I am the founder/Admin on my forum. Some threads have been deleted by mistake a few hours ago, and I have attempted to do a roll back on the forums to retrieve them, from www.forumotion.com/utils.

There I have entered my creation email, and the password I use to log into my forum on the Admin account, and got a 'the log in and password you specified were wrong' message. I tried again, entering the forum internet address of my forum instead of my email and got the same message. I don't know why I cannot access that, since I am 100% sure that my entered details are correct. What am I doing wrong? Is the password meant to be something other than the password I use for logging in on my forums with the Admin account perhaps?

Have you ever changed your password on your forum, I mean the one you use to login to your account on your forum since creation? If so, try using your old password, the utlities password is NOT changed automatically when you change the password of your account on your forum, the utlities and the forum is seperate and needs to be changed manually. This is meant as a security measure .
