    Hello,

    What do you mean by 'the design', if you mean theme creation, we then unfornatelly we can't help you as we offer theme support.

    As for the other 2 questions, you forum should automatically end up google, if it is a public forum once google bot visits. As for the language of your forum, you can change the default language in: ACP(Admin Panel) > General > Forum > Configuration > General > Default Language , select the langauge you want it to be and hit save.
