Posting page buttons

Hello,

The buttons in the posting page have been changed and I want to place the default ones back, as the quote button is no longer there. We have the multi quote button disabled.

The configuration was changed by one of our Admin, and it has messed up. He has informed me that there is no backup to change it back to the way they were. The screen shot below will better explain my problem.
