Renewing domain name

Hi,
Last year, I bought new domain for my forum (from bosnia-haxball.bosnianforum.com to bosniahax.com) and it expired in June this year. For last 5 months, i used this old long address, and now i want to renew this bosniahax.com, but when I try to check is it available, it says it isn't? How can I get again this bosniahax.com link back?

It says it is unavailable which means someone else is using it.

Yes, but if you open bosniahax.com, you'll see nothing.

It could be that someone purchased it outside of Forumotion also.  Also It takes time for the progress to be completed.  Which means that someone could have purchased that domain name, but ii is still in progress.
