Does anyone know how to remove the emoticons bar from a forum with phpbb2 settings? I'm talking about this

Messages Section
Allow Smilies:  No

That got rid of the smilies, but how do I get rid of the whole section? I want to free it up so my members have more room to post. The box itself is still there.
