Trying to access the FOUNDERS' TOOLS

I'm in my Admin panel
General Tab
Security forum


I'm looking at the : Automatic daily forum backup :
[ Active ]
(Click here to manage your backup)

however when I click on " Click here to manage your backup'' It brings me to the FOUNDERS' TOOLS page.

I put my forum email for my Login and use my forum Admin password for the Administration Password

I then click on ''Click Here To Authenticate'' and I get this error message ''The login and the password you specified are wrong''

I have tried to to access the FOUNDERS TOOLS, several times...and get the same error message.

I would appreciate any help with this issue

If you have changed your password on your forum, it does not change it in the utilities.  You need to use the one you used to create the forum.

Thank!! I just got to go lookup my password that I originally used and report back
