Co admins cant log on to adminstration

For some reason its only the head admin (the one who has the site in his/hers e-mail) who can log on the adminstration panel.

Is this a new feature?

This is not a new feature.

Make sure all your co-admins are in the group with the crown in the admin panel. Any group labelled "Administrators" or whatever will not be able to access the admin panel unless they are in the group with the crown.

The only group that can access the administration panel is the group call administrators/admin which is created when the forum was created. If the group has been renamed, you will need to make sure that staff members who need access to the administration panel be in that group.

They already are in the group, but still doesn't have accesses, also the name haven't been changed.

Please do the following step

ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >>   Groups >> Group Administration >>
Find this:

Click on >>  Now If your co admin is listed remove them and save

Now do the same again but type the members name in the box 

Now click add name.

Your Admin should now see the ACP at the bottom of the forum.

Remember if you do a backup of your forum your Co admin will be removed and tyou will have to re-add the admin again.

Are you referring to this group:  http://nionevrien.forumq.net/g2-moderators ?  If yes, they do not have access to the administration panel.

One more thing about the administrator group, only the founder has access to the full administration panel.  There are things that only the founder can see like the templates, credits management, and some other options.
