You should file a litigation report against the forum: https://www.forumotion.com/litigation .
Note: Once you have made your report, please be patient as our litigation team gets ALOT of reports so it could take a little bit (a few weeks at most) before they get to your report and take the appriopate action.
P.s Have you tried contacting the site admin to see if they would do anything about it?

It could take anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks. I did say it may take awhile my original reply:
Just be patient and I am sure the nessecary action will be taken in due time.
