i don't know if there is a connection to this forum
but i have to ask i'm start up my forum is locked now
i need to unlocked him

and yes my english sucks i know it

What exactly do you mean that your forum is locked?

i mean if i set some one administrator or something he can join to my forum but if not its mean "forum closed\locked"
i did the tutorial and still dosen't work it was like that

I am sorry, but I am having trouble understanding what you are posting.

The user needs to go to their email in order to confirm their account activation. You can also set it up so only you can activate people or even have no ctovation where once they register, they may login.

Admin Panel > Users & Groups > User Options
