Adding Staff Problem

I have a member who I want to add to my design team. She has only 2 letters in her user name each time I try to add her in the ACP it tells me "Sorry, but no such user exists."

Is there a way around this problem or am I going to have to ask her to change her user name?

Hello,

Thank you for coming to us with your problem.

1, When trying to add the member are you copy and pasting the name ?
if yes please try and type it in making sure there is no space at the start or end of the name.

2, If you have the legend system on the bottom of the forum try clicking on the group and then adding them there

I tried the copy/past instead of typing in the name. That worked.

ok give this a go

Go to her profile change the name just for this move..

Change her name to something with more then 6 letters

Now add her to the group you need her to be in and add her.

Now when she is added to the account change her name back to how it was.

That should be the better way around it.

if that don't work then i can try and make a report about it for you.
