Appearance issues with Avatar icons on latest posts

As you can see on my forum there is a massive issue with the formatting of the images for all of separate sub forums. The "last post" area normally has a small icon of the user's avatar however now there is instead their full avatar. I modified the Css code today to fiddle with google analytics and try to install google tag manager however after realizing that this would not work I swiftly quit and reverted all of my templates back to their defaults but the images are still stuck like this. Anyone have any advice on the matter? Screenshot-

Solved. To fix you have to set "Deactivate Basic Css" to no.
