How do I recover my forum password and user name???

When i created my forum i accidentally set the options to not send me a password to my email.

All I know is the email and the link of my forum

All I know is the email also but when i click on forgot password it's not gonna email me the password cause i changed the options by mistake so it wont email the password. Please if you can help me and thank you very much
