Forgot founder password

I know the password of the UTILITIES, but I change the password of the main account last night and now when I try to log-in I can't... seems like I forget it and my e-mail is not available since long time ago. Is there any way I can get my password?

EDIT : Bassicaly I know the mail and the password for my uttilites account but I don't know the pass and mail for my founder account in the forum.
