Description of problem

How would I make it so if someone were to click a button on my website it would take them to a hole new section that has a different forum area and portal. With its own toolbar and such. So almost a whole new website but its still connected to the main website. Where like say I new area was made for a group called 8th then when they click the button it would take them to 8th.gamingcs.net where they would see almost a whole new website. Is this possible?

But i will say that it may need to be changed
