how to i restric groups or any admin to go to administrator panel

cause i dont want any admin or mod to use admin panel

Hello,

Only users in the default administrators group will have access to the acp (admin panel). Only the founder (/u1) has access to the entire admin panel and the rest have access to like 95% of it. You can not restrict access to specific areas of the admin panel to any administrator, every administrator who is the not founder can access the same things and change the same things.

As I said, only users who are in the default admin group will have access to the admin panel. No other group gives access to it. If you don't want a user to have access to the admin panel, then simply don't add them to the default administrator group.

Just to add, if you create two Administrators group, one hidden (default group) and the other shown, you can add all your admins from the default group to the second one and any person you don't want admin privileges but still labeled an Administrator, you can put them in the second group.
