Moderator Can't get into Forummotion

The other Admin and Moderator can not get into our site George Clooney Aficionados and another forum run by forummotion. She was able to get into a forummotion site that isn't ours however. Is there a glitch her computer did a big update yesterday could that off caused a problem? Any idea how she can fix it? She said it just keeps thinking about it each time and doesn't allow her access.

Suggest to her clearing cache, hostory, cookies, etc. Also, tell her to try going back a page and then to the forum multiple times as that sometimes works.

already did it. even closed browser, tried with another device, etc. the problem is on your end

Which browser is she using? Also what device is she using?

When you say connection timed out screens, do you mean you get 'your request timed out' message sometimes when you try to post?

It doesn't happen just with posting. When it was happening to me it happened with different actions like accessing admin panel, viewing a forum, etc.

I know, but it is most annoying when your trying post, especially if it is long only for you to send it and your request time out.

Anyway, this problem is cause by Forumotion's anti flood system, apparently sometimes it 'over protects' the forum and causes this message.
