    Greetings,
    I'm wondering if it's possible for the Admins to receive an email notification when members login to our forum?

    There is not a default option.  Do you mean when a new member registration, or just when someone logs into the forum?

    While I've got you... can you point me in the direction of this question?
    How do I change the required fields needed to register as a new member?
    I'd like to add "Why do you want to join our forum?"

    AP > Users & Groups > Users > Profiles
    Create a new profile field and check the yes box for necessary filled.

    Why Don't you just make a post in your forum and ask members to ost why they made an account on your forum.

    If not do the Following:
    ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >> Email notification when members login? Utilisateur Users >> Profiles >> Click on the green Cross Add Now

    Type : Text Field
    Name: Why did you register With us ?
    Description : What ever you like.
    Necessarily filled ? YES
    Display : Profile only
    Display type : Text
    Who can modify the profile field value ? You pick but i would say Both so you can change something if they just put random crap it
    Display this field for users that are at least : You pick who see's this


    SAVE and your Done.
