Okay so i added one thing to the CSS a few minutes ago and then when i hit save, all my code was gone! I tried backup but it didn't give me my code back and sometimes when i refresh or add something to my CSS to get it back, everything comes back but then i refresh and its gone again. Can this be fixed? All my work is gone. *cries*

If it comes back sometimes when you refresh try copying it all, remove it, save, and add it again.

I meant that when i refresh my forum, my glow and glitter stuff comes back and when i refresh again, it disappears.

do a full backup on your forum and then hold on for about 10 mins as it can take a little time to kick in on our servers.
I always do a back up of the forum skin just before i do any change to my forum so i have a copy of all the files i need
This can be one really easy
ACP >> Display Tab >>Â
 Skins >> themes management >> Export your skin: whole style
This then saves a file to your computer for later date so if anything was to go wrong you can just put it all back how it was
