Can't delete forum

Hello:

I have an old inactive forum I'm trying to delete.

I followed the instructions to delete the entire thing but the system isn't sending me the final email to confirm the deletion.

I've tried deleting it three times on two different browsers. I am getting all other emails from forumotion, so it's not an issue with my email.

Please, I'd really like to get this deleted. Can anyone from forumotion staff please help expedite this?

I need to delete an old account. But I cannot remember the user name anyone have any Ideas? I am still getting requests from people to join, It said I could approve or deney, it was somebody with a disturbing name, I would just like to delete that account but that was 6 years ago when I created it. I would like to just delete the forum and be done with it.

I cannot remember the user name for a forum that I created 6 years ago. So I created this new forum so that I can get a hold of somebody. Who is it that I need to get a hold of?
