by Durzan February 19th 2016, 12:07 pmOkay, so I sent an email via the admin console to several inactive members. The trouble is, I got a copy of said email in my junk box just moments after i sent it, when my email isn't linked to those accounts. Is this normal, or is something going on?

yes this is 100% normal 
you need to mark your Junk Email from your forum to the safe Emails so they will come up in your normal inbox
