Hello,
Did you send it out to all members? If so, how many members do you have your forum? If it is like a 100+ or so, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours to send them all, because our servers send them little by little. Does the newsletter come up in admin panel? If so, then the newsletters are probably still in the process of being sent.
I would say wait a couple days, see if you and your users get the newsletter. If you don't then let us know.

no it was not delayed, yes to all members and i have less than 100 members.
In the past it has always come to and them in just a few minutes

We haven't been able to send news letters since the current text editor was added a couple years ago. I figured it would eventually get fixed, but it never did...

Some times bugs get over looked if there is not a report from our members about the problems they are facing. we urge you to report any problems as soon as you find them so we can get our tech team on the job to fixing it.

When sending a news letter you should get a Email before its sent so you can say if you want to make a change or not.
then when your happy with the news letter layout you can send it to all members.
Most of the time the problem comes from our domain getting blocked by gmail or hotmail
Please ask your members to make sure they add your forum domain is in the safe list,
