Problem with new members [ control permits ]

new members do not see the links, but they are be authorized. what to do.

@Forumedic He means he has external links set as visible for members and admins, but for some reason only admins can see the external links.

Go to:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

Go through each forum's permissions. Look for these at the top of each permissions page:

See images in messages:

Yes, put it to registered members for all forums.
