Hey guys. Today a member of my forum said that fandomtopia.forumotion.com stopped working like either of the links was working (bearvilleboulevard.com was the domain that expired) and it sent it to another page that looked like the domain expired or something. One of the people said that I could back up the forum which I did, but once I did that none of the admins including myself was able to see the admin panel and I can't access the founder account from doing the direct connection thing from the founder panel. It's possible that it's a glitch, but we are all in the admin group, just can't access the admin panel. Is there a way to fix this so we are able to see the admin panel? It's all quite odd.

You say you tried direct connection.. This still did not work?

Yes, when I scroll to the bottom it doesn't say "admin panel" it's almost like I'm not even admin, but I'm in the admin group. When I tried the direct connection with the founder account, it says either the password or the username is incorrect, but I never changed the password or the username.

Sounds like you have been hacked.

Have you or any of your admins had a PM from a member that was really long and when you / they scrolled down they was logged out ?

if yes then this sounds like you was hacked.

It sounds like you just need to have the forum utilities info synced with the details of your forum founder account. I am sure Ape will take care of this for you, as you sent him the needed pm .

also when you have got in to your forum Please make sure you change the Password making sure its not the same as your last one so there is no problems and let me know when you have done that so i can reset your founders tools aswell

I'm starting to have problems. The founder's tools don't work for me (like I can't log in at all) and I can't log into the founder account. I don't know why it wouldn't work if you changed the pass.

The pass word is only for the forum.

when you get in to the forum change the password and then let me know i will then reset your founders account to match your forum.

No I can't. You said you didn't change the founder password yet so that still doesn't work and somehow the founder's tools doesn't work for me and I already got to the maximum amount of tries to log in. However, I did log into something else, but it's for some other forum which was odd to me at first.
