Colour button problem in chat Box & Editor [ONLY TOPIC]

Description of problem

Hello i have had a number of reports that the Colour system in the chat box is no longer showing.

In its place is a Error page.

I have tested this on 5 other sites and found the same Problem

I would take this as a global problem

Added the Editor aswell to this problem as it looks to be the same problem but only if you use the full color settings on the forum.

We're having the same problem as the OP. We don't have any additional code or extras on our website.

The colour palette popup has been replaced by a link to the index which, if clicked, loads the index page inside the popup.

The colour picker still works normally elsewhere in the forum.

A quick solution would be gratefully received - the natives are getting restless.

I'd also like to say this is happening to all of my forums, but there may be too many to post here. Most are PhpBB 3, from my knowledge, but one is Invision.

EDIT: We're having the chatbox color problem.

Same problem our my forum chat room - no text colour option - when you click on the option to change the text colour you get the little box spring up that says "you can return to the index"

No changes have been made to the forum recently by me.
