Administration Panel > Modules > Gallery > Display
Max view size pictures (width x height pixels):

I meant the thumbnail not the actual size of picture, bro.

There would be an issue with the widget because some images would be larger than the widget.

so you meant cannot change?? because on the index or home page these thumbnails are too tiny

Not sure but maybe:

Administration Panel > Modules > Gallery (Upload)

Change size from there.
