Hi. With reference to this tutorial:
https://help.forumotion.com/t63491-create-a-loading-page-before-accessing-your-forum
We gave it a try but it didn't work as expected. There seems to be a contradiction here and this is exactly what happened: When we say click "enter" in the first html page (the *New Homepage*), we logically go to the second html page. After 4 seconds (as exactly specified in this tutorial), this second page refreshes itself and takes us to… what? NOT to the original forum, but to the "New Homepage*—the first html page! In other words, we got trapped in a loop between the two html pages. We never got back to the forum (because the forum now has a *new homepage*, remember?) Does this make sense?
I'd highly appreciate it if anyone could help clear up this contradiction. We'd give it another try but, first, what are we missing? Either way, how could we force the second html page to refresh into the original forum, the old homepage, not into the new homepage (the first html page)?
