Logo Adjustment?

So for my website promotion circle apparently there is a script problem because someone scorpion created a logo for me ( full credit to blackscorpion) and adjusted it and it doesn't fit the screen so think it's a script problem. The forum is thepromotioncircle.forumotion.com
