BOTS Appearing now..

Hi again,
I have seen BOTS & BING when ppl came in yesterday, 4/7,...I cannot fix this, but I am getting rather paranoid with all these problems...Has Bratz & Friendz been hacked...?
Here is what one of my members wrote me:
Internet bots, like GoogleBot and BingBot, are web crawlers used by Google and Bing. They don't log on through certain member accounts here. The owners of Forumotion are the only ones who can manage or do away with those types of bots.

Now what do I do? My members are getting nervous and want me to make another Forum...I will leave before I do that...

The bots are totally harmless to your forum and in fact are used to update your forum information on key search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo . The bots simply index your forum, trying to learn more about it, so it can take this information back to whatever site they are from (Google bot gives its info to google , Yahoo and Bing bots give their info to Bing and yahoo, etc), which in turn use it to rank and place your forum on their search engine. The bots are very important to your forums SEO and search engine rankings. Without the bots being able to index your forum, your forum wouldnt even APPEAR on major search engines.
