disclaimer: sorry if this is deemed not fitting in this forum. admins may move it to the most appropriate board.
As I was creating my forum today, I made a forum which is only visible to the Admin. My purpose for that is to make privacy for the Admin whenever we discuss things about our members (in this case, I have a group of teachers as administrators in my forum and our members are our students). However, when I made a test account to see a regular members perspective, it seemed like the administrator's posts maybe invisible to their perspective, but when they go to (Name of Admin)>Statistics>Find All Messages posted by (Admin), everything can be seen explicitly. They can even go to the private board where the Admins posted the posts.
With that hopefully explained in detail, how do I restrict these regular members (in this case, my students) to access that in the Admin's profiles [(Name of Admin)>Statistics>Find All Messages posted by (Admin)] ?
P.S.
There are just some things that we need not to reveal to our students but discussed between teachers. I hope you understand.
