Buying Credits...?

I think its that time again, i`ve been told by Members the Google Ads have appeared again on the Forum.....I remember it was 1,000 credits to remove them for 1 year, but can anyone remind Me of the cost for 1,000 credits ?

The cost could have changed.  The cost can change because of your forum's activity.  Check by going here:  AP > Misc. > Credits Management > Spend Credits

When you buy credits, you should be able to check for the currency to credit ratio is.  There should be a box that you can enter an amount that will should the amount of credits you will get for that amount.

Just Paid for 1,000 Credits through Pay Pal, Money Transfer is Completed but no Credits showing in My Admin....still showing 0 Credits.

Give it at least 24 hours.

9.20 here, and still no Credits.....the last time I bought Credits they were displayed more or less straight away, and My Adverts removed........but will keep You informed of any change.

Sill no Credits, been 2 days nearly.........Payment been taken from My paypal.

copy of your Email saying you paid your credits: (can be a screen shot as long as it has all the data to be seen so we can send this on to the head office.)

How you paid for credits:

Just an update, so far I have recieved the pm from @MetaAdmina and a ticket for him/her has been made and is pending review by someone in the main office on Monday.

I still await the pm by @davidl .

@davidl Thanks for the pm with the information, I have recieved your pm and made a ticket through my tools. As I explain to you via pm as well, because it is the weekend and our office is closed, it will be atleast until Monday at the earliest before anyone in the office reads the ticket and looks into it for you.

As I have also said to you via pm, I will let you know as soon as I have more information or an update on your issue and ticket.

Nothing left for us to do now but wait for the office to re open and someone to look into the tickets for both you guys.

Hi Brandon, just checked in My history and it says ;

Does this mean My credits have been added...? Can I use them now to remove adverts from My Forum...?

Yes I believe both of your credits should now appear and can be used now. I checked both your tickets and they are both marked 'Done' , so my guess is someone in the main office looked into it and then manually added the credits to your forum.

You can go ahead and check to see if the credits are there and then use them. If you have any further issues, please don't hesitate to let me know.
