Detail description : A friend made a "contest winner" rank (it is displayed below) and I wanted a rank set for the staff and V. I. P.'s on my forum to match what they made (if it is possible). Below are the titles I want and what color I want each title to be. I've even provided the #'s to help ensure that they are the right color. Whether or not an icon should be added to each rank, I'll leave that up to the person that is making this set for me. If you don't want to add any icons, that is okay. If you choose to add icons, that is fine too, however, I would prefer that the icons be different from one another.

Administrator = Cobalt Blue ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Manager = Green ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Global Moderator = Red ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Editor = Plum Velvet ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
