Mobile version header: slight redesign

Hi All.

1. I'd like to add a custom image header instead of the current text header.
2. I'd like to change the dropdown arrow (HOME, LOGIN, CLASSIC VERSION) to a more modern 3-bar design.

Below is how it looks now and how I'd like it to look.

Could anyone assist with how I would code this up?
