    Is the issue that they see the code, not the video? Is this only happening to mobile device users?

    Is it up to date (47.0)?  Also there was a new plugin with the newest Firefox update which deals with video playback.  Is the member using private browsing when he/she is on your forum?  If yes, that could be the cause if the issue.  I noticed that when I am in private mode Youtube videos will not play on other sites.

    Could you ask the member to give you a screenshot of what he/she sees?
