I made a *spellchecker* menu button and added it the Nav Links:

General > Homepage > Nav links

The redirect URL I used is: http://orangoo.com/spell/

A window will pop up and you may cut and paste your message into the box to check spelling. This program is FAST and really good - affiliated with Google.

Hope that helps . . . Bpoetic

But what does it use? Remember that there is English, my mother tongue, and also American English, the 'bastardised version' of the most used language apart from Chinese (Mandarin etc), where colour has no letter U. Grey is 'Gray' etc. so as you can see unless you have a setting on this to allow it to cope with different languages why not just use a programme ( English version) and use the spell checker, assuming you do and also that you have it set to your own language of course.. ie M/soft Word or Office. Then just cut and paste into your reply.

Hi Rorrim . . .

Though frequently in my writings, I use the bastardised version of the Queen's English (being I'm from Ohio, USA) I do get your point. This spellchecker I recommended can be used in several languages:

spell checker - Spell Checker Spellchecker1wv9

You'll be happy to know, as was I, that this spellchecker can tackle *both* versions of English. I tried it myself, using the test word: Color/colour. Both versions are correct, according to the spellchecker.

I used to do as you suggested, and open a WORD doc - cut and paste - check - cut and paste back into my text box . . . THIS, is vastly easier.

Thanks for asking . . . Bpoetic

Hi Bpoetic

Thanks for that. Please don't take offence about my comment. I have relatives in the USA and I tell them the same thing too. lol. Your's does look very handy so could you please supply a link to the website? I can't see one in your post. This does seem to be the best one I've seen, and if it's as easy to use as you say it is, then there will be no need to use 'Word' or any other similar package to check spelling before posting.
Thanks again.
