I know we can hide the image from guests

Is any way we can hide image from low active members like guests ???

For example : we hide images from members who have less than 100 posts

I just want members to see everything except images until s/he has enough posts to see the images

as of yet we do not have that sort of thing on our system and i dont think there is away to do it Sorry
