Proper way to post an Instagram video

Instagram has an option to copy embed code to post a vid, along with the user's comments. When I use that option, and paste it in the forum, it only pastes the Instagram comments, but not the video.

What is the proper way to copy Instagram video's onto our forum?

Where exactly can I check to make sure I do?

Yes it is checked to allow HTML.

I am believe it is not possible to embedded videos from Instagram.

I can tell you that the code will work on a HTML page.
