    It's probably because your domain name has expired try with the original name of the forum

    So first I need to know did you purchase the domain via forumotion?
    If yes, here what you need to do, you need to have 1 600 credits on your forum. Then you need to contact me because you won't be able to do the renewal via your AP cause the name is still on our database, then we will purchase the domain.

    Hello,

    So here the thing, your domain name was still associated with your forum in our data base. That's why you could not purchase the domain on your administration panel. I have deleted this association so you might receive a mail about this but don't worry it is normal. You can now purchase it via your Administration panel.
